Sarah James is a poet, fiction writer, journalist and photographer. Highly commended in the Forward Prizes 2015/2016, she won the Hippocrates Prize for Poetry and Medicine 2020, the Waltraud Field International Poetry Competition 2020 and the CP Aware Award Prize for Poetry 2021. She recently received Arts Council England funding for a multimedia hypertext poetry project ‘> Room’, inspired by living with a disability.
