Katie Schaag is a writer, artist, and theorist making work for the page, stage, gallery, screen, and social context. She is the author of the feminist erasure poetry chapbook The Infinite Woman (Greying Ghost 2021) and the interactive algorithmic feminist remix and erasure poetry web app The Infinite Woman (Angular 2019, Electronic Literature Organization 2022). Her creative writing has been published by FENCE, Yes Femmes, Sporklet, Nat. Brut, La Vague, Datableed, Metatron, Word For/Word, Imagined Theatres, Guttural, Requited Journal, Vector Press, NightBlock, Rabbit Catastrophe Press, and Oxeye Press. An Assistant Professor of Theatre & Performance at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, she researches plasticity, performativity, ecological performance, queer femme aesthetics, and minoritarian conceptualisms.
